Sunny Isles Beach is one of my top picks and is where my wife and I choose to call home for the time being. From the beautiful turquoise ocean to the wide sandy beaches, this location is a great choice. Sunny Isles is still close to Miami Beach and downtown but is also within a short drive to Ft. Lauderdale. Sunny Isles features several great restaurants and is within a short distance to Aventura Mall. The real estate market in Sunny Isles is currently fairly swift up to the $2.7 million dollar price point with the bulk majority of current buyers choosing to stay between $300K to $600K.

The most expensive sale in the last 3 months took place at Ocean 3 Condominiums for a price tag of $2.7 million. The most sales traffic took place at Winston Towers with 26 transactions ranging from $225K to $635K.

The most expensive listing currently on the market in Sunny Isles is located at 19575 Collins Ave, Unit 3-4 (Regalia Condos). The unit is absolutely amazing and features over 10,000 square feet of living space, 6 bedrooms, 6 1/2 bathrooms and its own pool with expansive views of the ocean.
