Trump Towers of Sunny Isles Beach

The Trump Towers at the beginning of Sunny Isles Beach closest to Bal Harbour and Miami Beach are in my opinion some of the best units for the money. They are known as the three identical towers and are a very distinctive landmark. Each building offers 1-3 bedroom units that range in price depending on views, number of bedrooms and square footage. I love these towers not only because of the design of the units, but the amenities and everything else that the buildings offer. They are all pet friendly and have plenty of space to walk pets, they are safe and secure with gated garages and doormen at your service from the moment that you arrive. Valet is of no charge to you or any of your guests. The buildings not only have beach service but they also have pool/spa service as well. The restaurant "Sea Salt" is located in Tower 2 and will deliver your food and drinks to your unit or anywhere you are on the property to include the beach! Each tower has its own fitness center that has everything that you would need to get a great workout and each have a spectacular view overlooking the ocean from the gym. Each building also offers its own large pool on one side of the building and a spa deck on the other, as well as, mens and women individual steam rooms and saunas. There are also multiple massage rooms available with professionals on hand for services. My personal favorite lines are the "01" and "02" lines. The 01 line is direct ocean view and is stunning from the moment you walk off your private elevator. The 01 line units feature 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms and are approximately 2,928 square feet. The 02 line is also a great unit and also has amazing ocean views with its own private elevator entrance and is also a 3 bedroom with 3 1/2 bath. I think that the floor plan of the 02 line is extremely functional and these units have not one ocean view balcony but 2! Since the 02 line units run the length of the building, you have a patio on the south side allowing access from the living room and 3rd bedroom and a patio on the north side allowing access from the master bedroom and the 2nd bedroom both with absolutely amazing views. Because the building is shaped like a "T", from the lower floors in the 01 and 02 lines you can hear the ocean even though the impact glass at night while you are in the bedrooms or on the balconies.
